My father, Leonard Johnson, started his seafood catering company Mystery Bay Coastal Cuisine in 2006 when he noticed the demand for freshly cooked seafood throughout the Olympic Peninsula. With a direct connection to the supply, Leonard knew it was time to combine his passion for cooking and his innate entrepreneur spirit. He expanded into catering and pop up events throughout Western Washington.
As the success of his operation grew, so did his demand. In 2014, Leonard joined the eclectic scene of urban vendors at the farmers market in Fremont, Seattle.
Today, you will find him at ten other farmers markets including the iconic Pike Place Market. His menu has also grown to include a variety of seafood chowders, grilled salmon sandwiches, gourmet ceviche and salmon linguini.
