Meet Leonard
"the chowder man"
Leonard Johnson started Mystery Bay Coastal Cuisine in 2006 with the desire to serve freshly cooked seafood to his Western Washington community. His work started in local farmers markets and grew to catering and festivals.
Today, you will find him selling his freshly made, gluten free seafood chowders, grilled salmon sandwiches, ceviche, seafood linguini, and more
at farmers markets and special events from Seattle to Bellingham.
